We believe that by celebrating our success we will help Hawke’s Bay realise its awesome potential.

Our Vision
As your elected politicians we will confront and address the issues that prevent our region reaching its potential.
We already know we have the best climate but we also aim for the best infrastructure, the best Governance, the best health services, the best educational opportunities, the safest region, and the cleanest environment; in short we aim for the best for our children and the best for our families.
Hawke’s Bay competes directly with neighbouring regions for people, investment, Government funding and of course as the place where our children choose to live. When we celebrate what we do, word gets around and there’s nothing that breeds success like success.
We believe Hawke’s Bay is the best region in New Zealand and we want to make sure that everyone else knows it too.
