Random Acts of Kindness Day – Tuesday September 1
August 27, 2010
Launched in 2005, New Zealand is the only country in the world to have a Random Acts of Kindness Day!
“Come on the Bay” get in behind this great initiative,” said Craig Foss MP for Tukituki. “I have been and will be RAK’d again this year.”
RAK Day is all about people doing kind things for others – for no reason at all. To lift the “kindness temperature” in our country.
“Last year I was on the streets dishing out home baking. This year look out for me and my basket of Cadbury chocolates. I will be wandering the streets of Hastings and Havelock on Wednesday morning from 10.00am until I run out of the many donated chocolates I have. Thanks Cadbury!”
“Spread the word about Random Acts of Kindness Day and do something kind out of the blue just because….”
