MP congratulates Plunket on great community involvement.

Craig Foss MP for Tukituki congratulates Plunket on another great year being involved with local families. Approximately 1900 new babies have been visited by Plunket in the last year in the Hawke’s Bay area and over 88% of these babies have been born in The Bay.
Craig is delighted to hear that Plunket teams have been working with many community groups. “When the different agencies get together the outcomes can only be improved” Craig said. “It’s very sad and unfortunate that some families experience difficulties but Plunket and the many other Hawke’s Bay community groups are making in-roads to address these issues. This can only have a positive influence on our families.”
Plunket do a great job in delivering support for families. “I know from my own experience that having a new baby in the house is a huge adjustment for mums and dads.” said Craig. “Plunket helps ease us into our parenting roles”.
